House of Hustle is a by appointment facility and our cancellation policy details are outlined below:

Monday - Friday Weekday rentals must notify prior to 10am the day of the rental 

Saturday, Sunday Weekend rentals must notify by 6pm the day before the rental 

Birthday Parties must notify 48 hours prior to the event

If notice is given within allotted timeframe a refund minus deposit (if applicable) will be issued for the rental.
